Vinyasa & Vino
A strong mind-body connection can influence all parts of our life experience – including our palate! In this workshop created and designed by Arielle Demchuk, CYT-200 and WSET Level 2, we work through an hour-long expansive breath work and yoga flow practice that links breath with movement and strengthens that connection between mind, body and soul.
Following our yoga practice, I will lead an educational tasting of three to four wines, led either by me or a local wine importer depending on the size of the event. Individual charcuterie plates to pair with the wine are also provided.
Note: I do not believe in consuming alcohol during a yoga class, as this is disrespectful to the lineage of yoga as a spiritual, mental and physical practice. The movement class is concluded before we consume alcohol and begin the wine tasting component of the workshop.
